ART STUDIO DECORATING BEGINS

I started the process of moving into my Art Studio yesterday. This is a very special table that I got 25 years ago on my honey moon in Astoria Oregon. It has been white and in different places in my home. Today it comes back to it's original colors....a little shabbier for a nostalgic look.
So pretty...heat gun stripper and sander.....dark wood stain....Finally I will get a glass top to keep it safe and ease of clean up.
My first encaustic painting a few years ago....looks nice with the tables red legs.
I was fascinated by Nina Bagley's "Studio Tour" on her blog last Nov. she added branches and twinkle lights in her studio.....it was so magical......I will get more lights for my little tree...
See my wonderful new tables! Beautiful with their new tops.

But now I must get this mess into the studio in a nice way???? Old suit cases, baskets??? Wooden drawers...the hunt begins.
Cowboy our friend who built this room is coming back....so a bit of a mess again...he is going to make a proper hearth for the fire...
and make shelves in the closet that has mirror folding doors....and put in the Murphy bed......in the hole that is covered by the corrugated metal on the wall......soon and very soon I will have a studio......a little walk out side to breath....................
the ginko is turning yellow leaves and then very soon they all fall down in one DAY~~
Isn't this house pretty....it is in it's fall glory...do you recognize it from my Christmas video??? It is next door to my friends home.
Blessings my friends......

A beautiful space, and the dolls are stunning and unusual. Have you considered an Etsy space? And, no I have not seen Dangerous Beauty but he title is intriguing. Modigliani was a tragic character, wasn't he, and his characters so disarming. I think it's the eyes.
